Katikati for Business

In 1990, when Katikati was facing tough times, a group of volunteers formed Katikati Open-Air Art Incorporated. They aimed to cheer up the locals and attract visitors by painting Katikati’s history on the walls of the town.
Today there are around 70 works of art including sculptures, carvings and weaving.
