The Junction Theatre is a boutique theatre with comfy sofas and theatre-styled seating nestled within The Art Junction, the arts hub of Katikati.

Katch Katikati co-ordinates regular movie screenings including;
Monday Matinee movies screening each Monday at 1.30pm. A hit with the locals matinees include a mix of classic musicals and comedies along with recent releases. Ice-creams available.
Sunday Matinee movies screening monthly at 1.30pm and a perfect way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. Wine and beer and ice-creams available.
Saturday Evening movies screen fortnightly at 6.30pm and feature recent releases. Wine and beer and ice-creams available.
Katikati Folk Club Concerts
Katikati Folk Club brings to Katikati monthly concerts featuring a broad range of musical styles and genres from month to month – traditional folk to bluegrass, a cappella to blues, solo performers to seven-piece line-ups and everything in-between.
Regular guest performers include some of the finest musicians on the New Zealand music scene as well as international artists.
Katikati Theatre Group Performances
Katikati Theatre Group performs two to three plays a year of varying lengths, from ten minute one act plays to full length plays written by established playwrights, along with a team of writers who have brought local history to the stage.
