Katikati Kindergarten is a three teacher sessional kindergarten, run under the Tauranga Regional Free Kindergarten Association. Katikati Kindergarten believes that children will be respected as individuals and that each child's whanau and culture will be embraced.
Through nurturing, creativity and play, we will provide a fun, positive, safe, secure and caring environment for children to explore at their own pace whereby individual learning styles, dispositions and temperaments are acknowledged and supported.

Children will be empowered to take responsibility for their own learning with support of our teaching team. We are an Enviro-Kindergarten, whereby we rolemodel respect for our environment through conservation, re-cycling, composting, and the use of natural resources wherever possible. Our environment is aesthetically enhancing for children to explore and discover through their curiosity.

Monday - Thursday
8:30am - 2:30pm
Friday
8:30am - 12:45pm
We offer 20 hours FREE education, however due to 2011 government
funding cuts we have had to introduce a $2.00 per day DONATION per family.
